This was my first time to go to Boss.I had a coupon for half off which was so great for me. They were very friendly at the front desk and my dog came out happy The place is very clean and has a lot of neat things you can buy. But it was the worse cut I have ever had on her. Her ears were shaggy looking. The cut over her body was not even. Had places where the hair did not cut and stood up. Her nails on the one foot were sharp and when she crawled up on me they hurt. I was really hoping this place would work for me because it is close and very clean and neat

Well I have to say I have been looking for a groomer who can groom my dog. He is difficult "hard headed" they were able to make him look very handsome and was a happy dog when he came out. I have finally found the rigth place and there prices are so great. EVERYTHING is included in there packages. I will schedule my dog for the deep dental next time..going to save me about 200.00 from vet! THANKS BOSS

I just had to tell everyone this place is AWESOME! I have boarded several times and my dogs are well taken care of. The grooming......no other like this place

I don't know where the poor rating came from--I have taken all four of my dogs to Alexandria for 8 years and have never had any less than an excellent experience. Pooches always come home looking good and in great spirits.
I thank God to have found Enrique for my baby Buffy. He is absolutely the most caring, most dependable animal groomer I have ever met.And his staff, especially Joyce is like family to me. And the lovely Blond Polish girl, and the sweet hispanic ladies. All a family to me. God Bless you all. We love you.
