I was recommended to this establishment by a few good friends. I'm so disappointed, the staff is so unorganized. I called To schedule a appointment and it went down hill from there, I let the lady know I had tricare standard. I made the appointment and the day before the appointment, I was so told by someone that some other person scheduled it wrong. So I rescheduled my appointment for the following week and the same thing happened except I got a call 2hours before my appointment. My husband had already taken off work. I tried to speak to a supervisor but she was unavailable. I took this as a sign, don't go here! I'm going to do every review I can. I need for every staff person to know the insurance and schedule with the right doctors. I wish I could not give any stars on this!
