We had a charter with fox in June, there was some real storms going through, I called the fox and he thought the weather would be OK so we headed out from central Minn. We were an hour inside of Wisconsin watching the weather on a cell phone and it was bad. We got a call from the fox and he said they had changed the forecast and there would be watercraft warnings out. He said we could go home and he would refund our deposit. We thanked him and said we would try to schedule a trip at another time. I have sent many e mails and phone calls, the fox left a message on my answering machine one night saying he would have his wife call the next day and that never happened. I feel terrible but its been over 3 months and I still do NOT have my deposit back and it seems there is no effort to do so. I really thought he was a straight shooter but its seems not.
