I had a bad experience there once. I went again to give them another chance and my manicure was horrible and they weren't friendly either.

Will never go back! Very expensive. Terrible service-Had a nail get messed up as they were helping me up and they only half fixed it, leaving streaky white in my french manicure and they said it was fine. They completely rushed me out of the salon and did not even let me dry my nails. Will be bringing my business elsewhere.

I've been going to Cleopatra Nails in the Big Y Shopping Center for the last year and a half and have had nothing but fantastic service. The staff is always smiling and courteous while the services offered are reasonably priced. The salon is extremely spacious and clean; it is larger than many of the area's hair salons! I have introduced Cleopatra's to quite a few friends; they have invariably loved it and oftentimes changed their nail salon to Cleopatra! I would not hesitate to recommend Cleopatra's to anyone.

Cleopatra's is the cleanest and nicest salon in the area! They sterilize everything and use clean instruments on each customer. The customer service is really good.

My mom and I each got a pedicure and a manicure at cleopatras. they do such a nice job and the girls are all so nice. i love this salon and we are actually going back again tomorrow! :D

This place was horrible. Had to be the worse pedicure I have ever had. They also charged me 10 dollars to polish my daughters toes and I found out they only charge my friend 5 dollars to polish her daughters toes. Had to pay extra for things that would normally come with their spa pedi. Also would not take no for an answer when I said I only wanted a manicure and they wanted to put on a whole new set of gel nails ( 120 dollars btw). Would not recommend this place to anyone. Town Nails in Shelton is way better
