i can not even give this place one star...... Please stay away from this para legal ....ELYSE may have been good in her time but she can not type or get it right to type and it is so true she will never call you to let you know your status always never knowing much about your legal statis she has caused us such along time in getting our paper work done and still was not correct and charging such a large amount for her services... we were charged by Elyse 3 times the amount than another very professional para legal June Valentine with AAA Legal document... just a fair warning STAY AWAY FROM HERE..........SHE DOES GIVE WRONG INFORMATION

helpful at first, but very unflexible, poor customer service. They were unwilling to change date of so called siminar even with plenty of notice and good reason (State Job testing) and were very rude....good luck go with caution

The operator Elyse Trainer is utterly disorganized and does not understand the maning of customer service.



She is lost in the papers and unable to find the paper when they are needed, she will always ask you to call other time so that she can find the papers.



She is unable to provide you the status and also does not like to take your number so that she can call you back, rather than she will ask you to call her after every few hours.



It's a horrible business, stay as far away as you can.
