I just took my child out last month . He only went after school. Center is clean.His teacher was awesome !!!I had so many issues with the office staff. It's a short fat black lady that is always and I do mean alway rude, And everytime I make a payment , she acts like she doesn't see me and walks away.I don't know why you would do that to somebody that's giving you money but I'm sure in her sick head she thinks there's one. Customer service is everything! Only reason I give this center one star is because of the office staff ,very unpleasant but my sons teacher was so sweet and I wish I could of took her with me to the other location. She helped teach my son to read. I am now at Ellenwood location.

When I first enrolled my child as an infant, I was pleased with the care that he received. Now, I've been a client long enough to know that things just aren't right there. The administrative turn-over is astounding. You never know who to talk to about anything. The owner appears to be accomodating but this is all a front. The teachers are terrified to say anything to the parents about the children so you never really know what's going on and the teachers are not trained nor qualified. There is no formal assessment process and you can't get a straight answer about anything. This is simply baby-sitting, at best. My one year old was in a class with 22 children. Poor quality.

I love this school for my son. My son has some special needs and they have been very helpful. The speech therapist has been able to come in whenever she needs to and has been welcomed everytime. I love that they are a christian daycare center and my son learns to pray in the morning and before meals. They truly care for you child. Every teacher knows the name of every student in the center. It is excellent.

Excellent center! The director Mrs. Friend is very professional & dress to the bone every day. She runs the school so good. The staff & teachers are awesome. I will recommend this center to the president. Hats off to Mrs. Friend & her staff!

i am a parent of three young children my children attend lilli's lil' lamb and i have been very pleased with the service they provide for my family. i feel that they are in a safe environment that helps mold them and shape them into wonderful children. i was also pleased to find out that they offer chapel each and every wednesday morning which is a major plus. thank you to all of lillie's lil' lamb staff!
