I have never dealt with a more unprofessional business. The owner is rude. I placed an order over the internet and when the ordered was never recieved by the receipient I called the Florist and she was EXTREMELY RUDE, UNAPOLOGETIC; and the one that tops the cake is she HUNG UP ON ME!!!!! I called back several times and no one would pick up the telephone!!!! I would rather give a handful of weeds than ever attempt to use this florist again.

I have used this florist for many many years. I have always had a positive experience with Kathy's Florest

She has always given me great service, and beautiful flowers.
