Lack of compassion, rude behavior and over all poor quality of work.

Unbelieveble…..that a groomer this bad can still be in business. I have an older terrier/beshawn who I took to this lady for the first, and diffinately the last time, for grooming and a bath . She stated that she only took cash or checks and that the cost would br $55. When I picked him up the charge was now $65 do to the difficulty of the cut.???? I have never paid that for a grooming anywhere, but I thought well it must be a really good job. After I paid her she brought out my dog. I was completely wrong, she had totally shaved him except for his beard and ears, which were uneven. He had nick marks and razor burns all over his body in addition to a limp that he didn’t have when I brought him there that morning. The groomer said “you might want to give him something for that limp” as she complained because my dog peeded on the sidewalk in front of her store, as we were leaving.

I feel really bad for sending my dog to this hack. I wish I would have done my homework before I subjected my animal to this abuse.

this grooming shop is very nice and clean. my dog was very happy when she came and left. i would recommend this to everyone...

I found out about Grooming Time while in line at PetSmart and complained about the poor outcome of their grooming. Another customer heard me and told me she had the same opinion and recommended Grooming Time. I tried them and was VERY satisfied. They did a great job and charged less than PetSmart. I absolutely can recommend Grooming Time.
