My wife's car was hit and run in a grocery store parking lot and the car had deep scratches all the way down one side. Sal and Oscar from Dulles Auto Body were a pleasure to work with. Sal was patient and explained what work needed to be done. He handled all interaction with my insurance company and really made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Sal communicated with me and kept me informed throughout the repair process and the car was fixed on schedule. We were thrilled when we got the car back - it looks like new again and no sign of the accident! I would rate Sal and his team A+ for customer service, promptness, expertise and professionalism.

A few months ago I had a hit and run, and my car was in horrible shape, almost totaled. I just got my car back & it looked amazing! Sal and his team did an awesome job inside and out! If you need any work done to your vehicle you should speak with Baha at Dulles Auto Body. I have had 2 of my vehicles worked on and I am extremely happy with the work and the prices. He has replaced a transmission, done my brakes, oil changes and Inspections. ALL at a fair price, great work and very courteous service. I highly recommend getting a quote from Baha when you need work on your vehicles!

In the past 6 months, we've had to take our car twice to Dulles Auto Body (long stories). The first time, they were recommended to us by a friend. The owner took care of everything, from arranging towing, to dealing with getting additional work approved by our insurance company, to returning my rental car. My car looked brand new.



When the other incident occurred, we brought it back. Again, the same perfect service. They even inspected my car, and cleaned it inside and out. They definitely go above and beyond to give good service and make sure you get your car back even better than it was before.



And after each incident the owner calls to check on the work...even months later.



Should I have another problem (knock on wood), Dulles Auto Body will be my only choice for body work and it the only shop I tell my friends about.

The shop is great and my car looks very nice. Baha help me with my diductible and he gives me my car on time. My car is so clean thank you dellus auto body and thank you baha and i will always go to your shop.

I had my car front bumper re-painted over there. It looked like new after the service. I dropped my car around 5:45PM on Thuresday , received a free ride home then and was able to pick it up in the early morning on Saturday. Good experience and very satisfied.

I just took my Avalon to Dulles Autobody this past week and could not be happier with the services I recieved. i got my frot brakes changed and tires rotated for under 60.00. The office was comfortable and clean. Service was fast and the mechanics seemed to be very informed. It was worth the drive for me for sure!!!!

The customer service at the shop was excellent. The office was extremly clean and inviting. The staff there was great, they fixed my car fast and without me having to deal with any hassles. The price was also amazing they gave me a free estimate and took about 20% off the lowest estimate I recieved at other shops in my area. I will def be bringing my car back from now on.

I took my vehicle for front brakes, and rotors, and the time and price was right, i highly recommend it, now instead of having a mechanic i have a friend, since he patiently explained to me what was wrong with my vehicle.

The shop is look really nice,like office. There doesn't look like bodyshop that I went before.

The price is great. Exspecially I like the customer service. I asked them to pick up the car later after the shop is close.(cause I finished my job late.) They were there until I come.
