Awful customer experience. Purchasing the bed frame from the store was fine. The problems started when it came to delivery. The store had my bed according the the rep i spoke to "for a couple days" and had not attempted to schedule delivery. Only after I called to inquire about my order did the rep then go about scheduling my deliver. I took today off from work to be available for delivery, the delivery service arrived on time and went about unloading and unboxing the bed frame. After unboxing they realized they were missing hardware (which was left at the warehouse) and were unable to set up the bed. They packed the pieces up and left, with my bed still leaning against the wall and the room not returned to how it was. I was then called by the distribution company that claimed there was no possible way to have the parts that were left at the warehouse brought to my location so the bed could be assembled today. They then had to reschedule me for nearly a week later. When you pay a premium ($130) for "white glove delivery" there is an expectation that when delivery is scheduled they will bring all the necessary parts and have the bed assembled during the delivery window and if an issue were to arise that they would work with the customer to resolve it. This was not the case and is an awful customer experience. I am now out time, a vacation day, and am still without a bed frame. I would urge anyone considering buying a bed frame to look elsewhere.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! They delivered HALF of the couch (wires and mechanisms hanging out the side AND it didn't even work correctly!!) and then said that if I wanted the other half, that I'd have to pay another $900 to get it (on top of the $1500 that I'd already paid!!). I tried to reason with the sales manager David Williams, as it was HIS FAULT because HE QUOTED ME A PRICE AND ONLY ORDERED HALF OF THE COUCH THAT I ASKED FOR, but was completely shut down. I asked him for the number of his supervisor or a complaint department, and he gave me a number for T&T Distribution in Fredericksburg and that person has not responded to my many voicemails. I went in to the store to see if there was someone that I could talk to, and I showed the customer service representative a picture of the half-couch. She gave me an email address and told me to email the picture to her and that she would have David Williams, the sales manager, call me. After tracing the email domain, I found that it was linked to another furniture store in Fredericksburg, called Trivett's Furniture. The Trivett's website also shows the same couch (both parts) for a lower price than I paid for the half-couch. I was hoping to have a nice couch for family coming in for the holidays, but for now the monstrosity is sitting with a sheet over it because I'm afraid that my pets or children may hurt themselves on the exposed reclining mechanisms. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR A STORE TO CONDUCT BUSINESS IN SUCH A MANNER!!! This whole thing is a complete SCAM and all three companies should be held accountable.

If it doesn't matter to when your orders will get delivered... Then buy from them. They have missed my delivery date by months. Can't cancel the order because then I have to pay them a restocking fee. Horrible!

i would not recommend this store to anybody very shady.but they get you with there friendliness and act like they are cutting you a deal but they arent.im so disappointed in this store they play alot of gamesstill trying to get my bed thats well over 2000.
