Best place in NYC to buy lighting. I have been back to the store about 3 times, I dealt with Albert and his son Joseph who were extremely helpful. They gave me great recommendations for the size of chandelier based in the height and size of my rooms, and they spent a lot of time going through the performance of different fans. LOve the Schoenbeck we bought. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! GREAT PRICES!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I bought an American Brass & Crystal chandelier from Joseph through the internet. As they advertise, he gave me an unbeatable price and I shopped at many places and did a lot of research. Shipped direct from the factory, no hassle, just a great product at the best price!

Do not buy here. My wife an I bought some lights which were fine, but also purchase a grandfather clock. We had the clock delivered a month later and everything was fine. They sent out another company to balance it and set it up. From day 1 the clock never kept propper time. After 3 months it stopped working all together. I called the store and spoke with Albert(owner) multiple times. He always said he would handle it and call me back. After at least 15 calls-I never NEVER received a call back from him. I worked with the company that makes the clock directly, and they were even less helpful. Now I'm stuck with a $2,500 clock that doesnt work. Albert will be hearing from my attorney. Save yourself the trouble and dont buy from here.
