Before booking my cruise, I did my due diligence to save as much as possible. Cruise Dealership gave me the best price, booked my cruise quickly and efficiently. Myself being a former cruise consultant for 21 years, I have had nothing but complete confidence and stellar service from Cruisedealership and my agent Camille. I have ask to change cabins once because of a better location and was done in a matter of minutes. Keeping in mind that changing cabins does increase cost if moving categories but within same category is ok within certain time constraints. I am very happy to have found a travel agency as fine as the Cruisedealership, keep up the stellar service.

I would not trust my vacation with anyone other than Tom at CruiseDealership. Not only is he accomodating he knows what I want before I request it. I have referred many friends to CruiseDealership and they have never been disappointed. I will never go anywhere else to book my cruise!
Several years ago I found cruisedealership and have booked numerous cruises with them ever since. My most recent cruise was to Bermuda for my daughter's wedding. It took 15 months to plan. We booked 16 cabins and needed extra help dealing with the cruise line for group events. All our needs were met immediately and professionally, resulting in a perfect week with no glitches. Competitive prices, timely customer service and attention to detail are what matter most when planning any vacation. I trust cruisedealership (Tom and staff) to provide these whenever I book a cruise with them. In addition, the web site is easy to navigate and you are able to do your own comparison shopping without having to leave an email address or phone number for an agent to call you back. No pressure at all. When you're ready, just book on line or give them a call! How easy is that?? I have no reservations recommending this agency; they're top notch.

I will always call Tom when I cruise in the future. I will also refer everyone I know to use him. He is very accommodating and aims to please. I called him on a Sunday and he called me back within minutes. He also has a great personality and makes me laugh.
I have been cruising for 15 years - on approximately 30 cruises. For the last 5 years I have booked through cruisedealership.com. I have found that their prices beat the competition and in most cases lower than the cruise lines. It was because of their pricing, the majority of my cruises were booked through cruisedealership.com. They answer any/all questions and give great personal service. If you are an avid cruiser, It will be obvious that they have the best deals available.

Thomas from CruiseDealership.com is truly service oriented and is a strong advocate for his clients. He offers excellent prices which the cruise lines cannot beat! In addition he is always available to his clients, answering questions, providing information, running interference with the cruise lines. He can be counted on to follow a booking from beginning to homecoming. We have booked with him numerous times and have referred him and his agency to all of our friends. I can't imagine doing business with anyone else now that I have found him.
