I am new in town, decided to get a touch up on my roots. Have natural black brown hair with blond highlights well went there and the gal who did my hair said it was IMPOSSIBLE for her to match my colors?? I was like okay and what would you recommend? Never in my entire life had any stylist I went to said it was impossible to dye my hair a lighter shade. I guess she kept saying that because the results were bad, I went in there with two colors in my hair blond and black brown. When I came out I had three dirty shades of blond and black red lowlights and then just to make me feel better the gal said to me that because my hair is so dark its not good for my to have blond highlights because no matter what if I dye my hair blond I will have the dirty blond color. WOW, she doesn't even know what she's doing and that explains why my hair looked BAD!! First time I went there and last TIME I WILL EVER GO, HUSBAND HATED THE HAIR AND SO DID THE FAMILY, WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!
