I recently went in for an oil change and did not receive good customer service. I was originally quoted at $35 before tax. However, when I went to go pick up my car, I was informed that the price was about $20 more due to the oil that I chose. What upsets me is that I should have been informed about it at the time that I chose the oil and not after the oil change was done.
I love this body shop! I have been sending my family and my customers to this shop for years. Best of the best in customer service and excellent service provided.🚗😄🔨🔧💋
Always great service and results at Opportunity Body Shop! I appreciate the relationship they establish, allowing the customer to be engaged and informed. As an extremely satisfied repeat customer, my primary frustration is being a repeat customer... However, when the next "accident" occurs, I'll be sure to bring my vehicle right back to Opportunity Body Shop to put all the pieces back together again.
