Three generations of my family have used this office and we would never want to go anywhere else!

I have been to this office several times and am very pleased with my care! I would recommend to my friends and family. I have been helped with my sleep issues and snoring and also hearing issues. thank you.

This office is excellent. My wife and I have been patients for years. My wife is doing very well with her allergy drops. She actually does not go to the doctor very much any more. I got hearing aids fron this office and could not be happier with the service and how well I can now hear. I recommend this office for their caring physicians and friendly knowledgeable staff.

My husband received fantastic care before, during, and after his sleep study and doctor visits. Severe sleep apnea was discoverd and we feel so lucky to have had such amazing care. All of the staff were kind and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Both of my parents and both of my children have received wonderful care at this office. The staff at the front and the nurses and doctors in the back are so helpful and caring.

Both of my children are patients at Spartanburg ENT. I have never had a bad experience. The Staff, from the front desk, to the nurses to the doctors are all very professional. Spartanburg is lucky to have this group in our area.

I went to the ENT with ringing in both ears and I was diagnosed with abnormal earing loss in left ear. The next day I lost all hearing in my right ear. Two day later I called back to the doctor office and spoke with the phone nurse and said that was normal to continue with meds. A week later I was still no better and I was almost finished with meds. I called back to doctor's office they told me to come on in that day. The doctor didn't know what was causing my problem and schedule me an MRI two weeks later. After the MRI I called for my results and no one would give them to me wanted me to wait another week for my appointment. The staff I had to deal with was not very friendly or compassinate.

I brought my daughter in for an appt. Was made to wait for 3 hours before seeing a doctor. While waiting, the staff was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Will NOT come back!!

This doctor and his son have a zero in bedside manner. I like to go to a doctor who is more educated on my particular problems. I found neither doctor which are a father and son group, were either disinterested in my problems before, after, and prior to a surgery I luckily canceled. Seems this dad and his son and one more set of ENT's are the only ENT's serving the Greater Upstate Spartanburg area. Which may be why it appears, they have lost interest in their patients happiness. I judge a doctor on his bed side manner, length of office stays, plus visit time, respect of my symptoms and complaints. Cleanliness, proper restrooms, most importantly, explaining my options and not rushing to surgery out of monetary greed rather than necessity. I give this office 1 Star based on my experience and I'm being nice.
