My husband and I moved to Southington and discovered the YMCA in 2005. Because of our ages, 70, and our weakened and problemed joints, we have limited our excersize to swimming 3-4 times a week. The pool is wonderful, just a big "bowl of medicine" for us. The staff is professional and personable, and the facility is immaculate and up to date. We've made wonderful friends there also. We recommend it highly to all.
