Exceptional!!! From the moment I walked in, I recieved hellos and smiles from every employee. The manicure left me relaxed and my nails feeling renewed. When my polish was drying, the lady who did my nails gave me a shoulder massage, and made sure my nails were completely dry before letting me leave. She then proceeded to pick up all my things including my keys and purse and walk me out to my car. She buckled me in the seat and turned the car on for me as to make sure I did not ruin my nails. All of this service only cost me $12! I am never visiting another nail salon other than Southington Nail and Spa for my manicures or other spa services. I have never felt so welcome and well treated in a salon before, and I really would like to thank them for their fabulous services.

These ladies and gentlemen take the best care of you. They treat you with respect and get you in and out with perfect beautiful nails. Thank you southington nail and spa. A returning customer.

My sister and I each had an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. We were totally rushed so they could get other people without appointments in. My sister had a UV manicure and the guy used his own finger nails to scrape her old one off. It was painful and so unsanitary. They have starilized tools, they should use them. There was really no "manicure" to speak of. We basically paid $100 to have our nails painted. I'll never go here again.

I go to Southing Nails & Spa for mani's and pedi's. I have to say that this is a clean, hygenic place and all the staff takes pride in the service they give to clients. A nice shoulder/back massage while you sit and have your nails dry, caps it off. Am picky about where I go and find this to be the best around with the most reasonable prices.

I go out of my way to get my pedicures done here. I live in Bristol but will drive to Southington for the exceptional service they provide. To me it's worth it. Their pedicures are inexpensive which is a plus in today's world and they are very clean. They use so many products on your feet and legs to make them ultra soft plus the massages are great. I have weird toes and they go out of their way to keep them from getting messed up. LOL!
