Under the culinary vision of Chef Ryan Eli Salter, his solo introduction to the budding Michigan restaurant scene will take place in June 2023 with the opening of his restaurant, Salt & KO. The 3,200 sq. foot space will aim to redefine the classic gastropub, offering american classics delivered with intention, fresh ingredients and a little twist. A chic experience, with craft cocktails and “social tonics” alongside live entertainment and monthly brunch party series will set the tone for Salt & Ko. The restaurant is located inside the newly branded, Radisson Hotel Southfield-Detroit in Southfield, MI designed by Lux Living 365 and buildout by R.M. Remodeling Solutions. All dishes made with local sourced ingredients, priding itself as a 90% scratch kitchen.
