ADW refurbished my Victorinox after it had been banged up for 5 years, including damage from several bike crashes. I was casting an eye about for another good watch, but after having mine repaired, I'm now content to stick with this favorite, which now looks and works like new. The crystal and face were replaced. The casing was ground and polished. It was resealed and is again water resistant. Awesome work, and I can't recommend Jose's work enough!
