Susan is very knowledgeable about holistic food and helped me clear up my dogs skin issues with her advice. She and her team are also compassionate and caring groomers. Owner's attitude is condescending and my dog was rarely ready when promised (even given the 4 hour time frame, still had to come back). The last (and final) time I took my dog (golden retriever) he looked like my 6 year old had taken scissors to him- even more disheartening was the fact that my dog had open wounds behind both his ears from the shears knicking his flesh, which I could not comprehend, as he is a very cooperative dog. Upon expressing my disappointment at a grocery store, 2 other women who had frequented this groomer had similiar frustrations, mostly pertaining to the owner's "bad attitude". Too bad- I like to try to support local business owners. I now have a great guy from Woodbury who comes directly to my home, is pleasant and does a great job for exactly the same amount I was paying before.
