None of the employees make commission. learn before you speak. Im sorry that not every employee knows every nook and cranny of the store, how do you expect a cashier to know where your exact movie is, or what-ever. especially if you bother them off shift when they're holding food and their jackets. theyre not allowed to give costumers assistance off the clock. Sorry that you expect everyone to bow down to you.
As for products available, they have a great selection. But personally the sales Reps are either too pushy or completely useless. I don't enjoy being annoyed buy a sales person trying to make a commission. But if I do ASK for help, I don't appreciate being blown off and being told that "it's not my department". So if you want a good affordable product with little help, this is the spot for you.
i go to best buy on a regular basis. I believe they are much more helpful, courteous, and have a better product selection for the price then the competitors
