How can mail be delivered to the wrong address nearly every day? My neighbors don't get their mail unless I take it there. I only receive about one third of my own mail and an important package was mis-delivered, lost, or stolen. Mail that does arrive is frequently soaked in bad weather and it was a friendly battle to convince the mail deliverers to close the mail box to prevent loss or damage (a no-brainer?). South Orange Post Office is not doing their job and couldn't care less.
