Poor workmanship. 0 integrity. My mother went to Natasha's to find a mother of the bride dress for my sisters wedding. She was talked into buying a dress that she was assured would be altered to fit her beautifully and that was just not the case. My mother went back and forth to that shop a total of 7 TIMES. The first seamstress unfortunately had pressing health issues, not anyone's fault. Nothing was done with my moms dress for weeks. The next seamstress felt uncomfortable working with the dress. My mom expressed concerns about the length of the dress and the sleeves. Yet another seamstress gets thrown into the mix that says the top of the dress (which was a floppy mess) would be easy to fix. Concerns about hemming the dress were disregarded. Wednesday before the wedding, my mom tried the dress on for the last time in the shop and it STILL had to be altered. She was told it would be ready the day before the wedding. There was no time to try it on that night before the wedding when she picked it up because we had the rehearsal dinner. My mom believed what the seamstress said and thought everything was fixed. She tried it on the next day, the morning of the wedding, and it was unsuitable to wear. The top of the dress was loose and floppy. My sister, the BRIDE, spent an hour and a half on her WEDDING DAY morning trying to sew the dress and safety pin it so it looked halfway presentable. That afternoon, as my mom should have been taking memorable photos helping my sister get ready, the safety pins on one side of the dress burst and I spent more time fixing this disaster of a dress she purchased and had "altered" at that shop. She missed out on those memorable photos of mother and daughter getting ready before the ceremony. And it caused a significant amount of stress on my mother and my sister on the biggest day in my sister's life. I emailed Natasha this Monday after the wedding. When I didn't hear back from her by the next afternoon, I called. When I told her my name, she knew right away who I was and said she read my email but she was busy responding to the numerous emails she'd already received. Right away she was very defensive and RUDE! She had not an ounce of sincerity and not a hint of an apology, quite the opposite. She said to me "I don't even know who you are, I'll deal with your mother later." This woman has not a shred of integrity.
