We went to tour the facility and are impressed with the place and their associates. They seems very understanding of the children's needs and have alot of respect for their feelings. They don't use time-out and they don't suspend children for bad behaviors. They uses role model and positive reinforcements on the children. I love this approach. Also, the Asst Director made us feel important.
