They don't return phone calls.They are too busy. (Their words) We closed sucessfully. However during businees procedings they were unable (or unwillling) to return 5 phone calls. Every time I called they were too busy to take my call. I, not once, got a call back. I had to physically show up at their office to get the information I needed. When I turned the house and keys over to the new owner, they were TOO BUSY to give me my rent escrow check. Almost 4 weeks later, I am still owed rent escrow and have not gotten a return call. Today, a 30 mile drive to get what is owed too me. Bad business in my opinion.
