No pre-made patties here, cooked the way I wanted, and very big. I had the Royale wth grilled onions it was most excellent. This burger fiend does not have to go to Red Mill to have a decent burger anymore. Opened in May '08 and hope it has the staying power. ---The Fairwood Foody
