      Sugo is Seattle's first dedicated Hand Roll Bar. Our menu highlights sustainable seafood and pairs wonderfully with our selection of unique sake cocktails. Make a reservation or use our digital waitlist for the Hand Roll Bar OR walk in to dine at SHIO, our bar/lounge area with a select Sugo menu available. 21+ after 5pm for the entire restaurant.
