Boot Camp Looking for an intense, fun 60 minute workout? Try coming to one of our Boot Camps. It's a mix of Abs, Cardio Conditioning, and Strength Training that fits into every fitness level. Memberships We train people of all ages and fitness levels. You want to lose weight and get in shape. We'll develop a specialized program to achieve your goals. All memberships include personal training. This way you're guaranteed to get the results you're looking for. Weekly personal training sessions plus your membership all rolled up into one easy monthly payment of only $49 a month. Athletes These are the components of an athlete: Speed Agility Core Power Strength Conditioning No matter what your sport is, we'll create a structured program that will develop your physical attributes specific to your sport.

Provided by YP.comMy husband started working out with James (Freedom Fitness) during October's Biggest Loser Challenge. He has lost almost 30 lbs and completely changed his body shape. I've been doing it a little longer, and have managed to go from a size 12 to a size 6! I love that I don't have to think about what to do at the gym - just show up to boot camp and work hard.

Provided by YP.comThis gym is all about fitness. There's no excessive amenities to drive the membership price up. No pool or sauna but I go to the gym to workout and get in shape and they have everything you need to get a GREAT workout. Drew and his trainers give you the best workouts and are there to answer all your questions. I like to train pretty aggressively and they give me the perfect workout every time. They train all types of people, from "out-of-shape" all the way to "elite athlete" and everyone seems to leave tired and sweaty but I still see them showing up the next time for more so they must all be liking it. Where else can you go and get a personal training membership for only $50 a month. I love it!
