Well! I just wanted to say that Big Fish casino like all other casino games made to make money...a lot of money! It's not in there's concern to let you win big the more you win less money they get! I'm a VIP member at 190 level so far I spend around $500 but enough is enough! I decided to delete my account with Big fish because it's not fun anymore constant loos loos very bad payouts !

I bought a game and it worked fine until I played for it. Now it don't work. Customer service is non existent over telephone. Big fish game is a rip off.

Slimy dishonest company. They rig the games even after they made the odds terrible. Fake gold and chips cost a lot of money. They should change their name to big fish chip sales.

Non existent Customer Service number. You have to contact them through email and it takes a few days for them to respond. I have been with them for years and just found they charged my account for a game credit that I never purchased. The fact I can't speak to anyone and get it resolved immediately really angers me. BAD BUSINESS!

I joined them three (3) yrs ago, and successfully downloaded/played dozens HO games, without at hitch. Today, no longer. Many of their "new" or advertised games/collections I discovered, are more than four (4) years old, with either outdated graphics, or incompatible with the newer Windows 7 or Windows 8 (which I have), though their site has a link for the Windows 8 compatibility. I have had to uninstall/reinstall several HO games lately, because of technical interruptions. Half the time some HO areas either miss objects, or they disappear all together. And their Forums are useless. No longer mandated. And many contain archives from 2006... way outdated. Your only option is to contact them directly via email, and await some sort of response. Lately it's been a game credit or refund, because of the inactive Forum. Beyond ridiculous.

Non- existant CUSTOMER SERVICE. Paid for and received the back-up CDs for three games but will toss them after reading the scary reviews below! The CDs are pretty worthless anyway since you can't use them to download the game. You have to go to the website on the Internet to download any game. The FREE game is the same one on every CD. Tsk. I should have read the reviews both here and on the BIG FISH WEBSITE before ordering anything. Another Learning Experience... bummer.

I am a game club member and have been with them for quite a while buying their games. Currently I am dissatisfied due to their games locking up after really getting into them. Their customer support is a joke. You contact them and they want to play tag by sending you to someone else each time they want you to try something for a fix, and you must then explain your grief over and over. A big waste of time at your expense. They already have your money why should they give a rip.

I find it odd that people have had problems with customer service. I have been a loyal customer of Big Fish Games for 3 years, and have found their site, and especially their customer service, to be the best available. In my experience, with any problem I have had with a game, etc., they WILL make it right.

I have downloaded at least 8 Big Fish Games over a period of 1 and a half years. I constantly have trouble with using the game credit. I keep getting that I have to open a new account which of course I don't want to do. They no longer have a "contact us" on their website, but canned answers to standard questions. I like the games, but I don't like the company. I agree with the other rater who said their customer service is non existent. I think they changed to one price because of definite rip-offs and were told to clean up their act or else. And they still are shadier than most of their characters.

They just lowered the price of all my games. Their forums are a good community and their email support is fast and friendly.

Games are great, but phone customer service is the worst. It either rings and rings and rings or it is busy. I cannot even send them an email because you can only do so within the site WHICH I cannot get access to. Blah!!! =/

I purchased one game on CD in October 2008. In November 2008, Big Fish Games began charging my credit card for a monthly game membership. They will not take my calls or reply to my questions posted via their website help feature. Do NOT purchase games from this company as they are fraudulant in their financial practices.

Just received free trial games in the mail. This dvd was full of trojan spyware and viruses. I tried contacting the company to complain and was disconnected by them. Terrible customer service. Do not put free dvd in your computer!!

absolutly no service-no contact ability-poor functioning web site-credit card abuse-changing constantly-cannot get to my account page-long que wait presently as I type this .Products which are software games are full of destructive viruses--between their abusive credit card billings and computer repairs I am a looser of over $600.00. Now they just hung up on me !!!

Yes, they have good games but their service is deplorable.Their support function is one that doesn't want to know and fees are deducted without authorization. On top of that a CD was returned because it was not correctly formatted. No replacement and no follow up...just great....Don't do business with this company, there are plenty of others which are much better
