KitchenAid named this store as a service center for countertop appliance. I wanted my KitchenAid Stand Mixers repaired. After EIGHTEEN days, they still had not found time to look at it. I am very disappointed.

I took our almost 30 year old Kitchenaid K-5 mixer in because it was making a strange noise. Ajax explained their policies which were fair and said they would look at our dear old friend. Less than a week later, the mixer was cleaned, lubricated, tightened and inside repairs (including a transmission seal) completed all for less than I thought. It hasn't run so well in years. Ajax did a great job and were nice to boot!
