Stellar service. Our refrigerator was acting up … frosting at icemaker … moisture in the refrigerator. They came out and installed a retrofit kit for that model. We paid for the upgrade, but there was a problem with the kit … fuse linkage. It would be 2 weeks to get the part from factory … a rare failure. Doug's air shipped one to us and the fridge is operating better than when it was new. They are very customer oriented and competent. I highly recommend them.
