I am a jewelry fanatic and has a box of loose stones I was looking for settings for. I asked to see a ring or two and by the third one the lady didn't want to help me anymore. She said we are a specialty store and told me to look through the glass. She grabbed my box and started sorting through my stones and gold. I let her because she was already doing it and I was curious to see what it would appraise for. She took forever to look at everything and told me to come back another day for a second opinion. Very cold for a family business- made me feel like the red- headed step child.
