I LOVED the fact that this company had so many reviews. So I decided to give them a call, and what happened next changed the way I look for companies from now on. so, I called them yesterday, I like what I heard so I gave them a chance to come and impress me, we set up a same day appointment. when he arrived (on time) the tech made sure I was aware with the whole situation. they made sure they eliminated all of the stains, they made sure I would be happy with the end results. When they were done cleaning the carpet looked clean but it was still moist they said to give it 3 to 5 hrs to dry , which I did and when I got back home...."gasp!!! my carpets looked AWESOME!!! they looked brand NEW!! this company took care of all the stains. they took care of the smell that had been lingering in my home for a while. it smelled fresh, it smelled clean. and now because of the way this company works and because I found them on yelp. I no longer look for things on Google. I use yelp. yelp is the way to go!! thanks
