Dealers Service was very professional from the moment I dropped my car off, to the moment I picked it up. They reminded me to grab my garage clicker (would have been screwed without that) and other personal belongings out of my car before I left. Throughout the week I got calls from Victor who gave me updates on the status of my car. I dropped my car off Monday and was expecting to get it back Friday. I got a call Thursday morning letting me know that my repairs were finished and my car was ready for pickup. I came on my lunch hour to pick up my car and was wondering why it wasn't out front waiting for me. Turns out they gave my car a full wash and detail. My car has never been so clean!!! I am incredibly blown away by the quality of work and service I have received from Dealers Service. I would ten out of ten recommend bringing your car here.

This is a great shop! They are very fast, professional, and they go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy! I took my 07 Camry there Monday because I ruined my rear bumper backing into a parked car, and it was ready today Wednesday! I was skeptical to leave my car there because of the negative review here, but Jose Moreno, the guy that does the estimates there assured me they had nothing to do with stealing any car parts and they even reimbursed the upset customer. The bottom line: THEY DO GREAT WORK, AND WHEN I PICKED UP MY CAR IT WAS LIKE GETTING IN A BRAND NEW SHINY CAR FROM THE DEALER! I was very happy and would 100% do business with them again.
