On 10-14-2012, I order the 2 for 20 deal.The chips that came with the spinach dip was burnt and the container that the dip came in had melted and fell back into the dip.And the 7oz. was burnt and tough as shoe leather.

The worst service I have ever had - temperature was freezing, the main part of my salad was missing, coffee cold. Needless to say I was not a happy customer!

Have made several visits to this Applebee's in the last three months. We've always had hardworking, friendly staff and good food. The manager visits each table to see if the steak is cooked as ordered. We like the 2 for $20 selection. It's a busy place at lunch--I'm sure the same is true in the evening.
