      I know enough about computers to know when I'm being had, and there were no such feelings with Caleb. He was able to give me an accurate quote over the phone before I even brought my computer in, and it was quite reasonable. His service was also quite timely and thorough. I had a virus AND a damaged hard drive and he was able to recover exactly the programs and files I wanted to keep, even remove the virus from the legitimate file I wanted to keep. I recommend him to anyone with a problem in the hardware or software.

For most repairs we offer a flat labor rate of $90. Our FREE diagnostics will also provide you with a fast and accurate assessment of the work required to repair your laptop, notebook or desktop computer. Before any charges are applied or further work performed, weÃ?????ll contact you, the customer, with the diagnostic results and the cost of parts and labor should you proceed. This will enable you to decide whether or not you would like to move forward with the repairs.
