Waited in line for over an hour at Dollar rentals, only to find out they didn't have my reservation! Good thing they sent me to Airport Rent A Car! No line, staff was super friendly. Family owned business. Swiped my card, signed the dotted line, and I drove away! Returned the car no problem and took me back to the airport. Thank goodness for smaller companies that do a much better job!

Charged me $200 saying there was smoking in the car and I don't eve smoke bogus and very rude wouldnt even drop me off at my location 5min away from their business.
