Patrick and A1 Handyman Services have done three jobs for our condominium association, and more are planned. He has shown us that quality work and doing things right are what we can count on from him and his company. That's much more important than the cheapest bid. Not only that, he is very friendly and more than willing to explain things with great detail. He seems very knowledgeable about all types of construction, and I'm not sure if there is anything he can't do! Highly recommended!
