I have taken my vehicle several times to the Busted Knuckle, they have always been prompt to service and help any way they can. They are honest people as I have known these guys for years. My father was a mechanic for years and I advised him if he ever needed anything to make sure to call these guys, they are fair in price and again honest. Which we all know in this industry is a hard commodity to find. I have and will continue to refer their services to anyone needing service on their vehicle(s).

I had my transmission go out on my Suburban and we all know those aren't cheap to repair. I had a couple of estimates done at other places, but couldn't afford to have it fixed. I finally heard about these guys and took it by. Not only is their work very reasonable, but they fixed it right the first time and worked with me financially to get me back on the road. I would never hesitate to send a friend or family member to them. In fact, my father dumped his old mechanic and has started using them as well. Terrific work, keep it up!

These guys learn buy mistake and still want to charge you for it. I witnessed them charge a girl $250 bucks for transmission fluid change and cleaning. Then after she payed they told her she would need to have it replaced for an additional $800 to $ 1,200. Needless to say she broke down in tears and took off. I could feel her agony.They are ok on jokes, eating lunch, changing light bulbs but anything else I would definitely look else where unless you like getting your wallet busted up.

After dealing with several automotive companies working on my vehicles I decided one day to put some companies to a test. After my friend referred me to Busted Knuckle because how honest they were in their transaction, I had my wife being a woman( to test for honesty) take our personal vehicle to three different shops in a two mile radius of Busted Knuckle. After getting THREE different diagnosis on the same vehicle, where in the first place I knew it was only the alternator, estimates differed from $350.00 extending to a hideous $822.00 and for parts that I didn't even need! I then visited Gabe and Tim at Busted Knuckle only to find out that they not only diagnosed my vehicle with a simple alternator exchange they allowed me to buy the alternator myself and they would only charge me labor. Starting a company is tough to get kicked off the ground but because of their honesty they now will earn my business on my company vehicles and a maintenance plan meeting is set next month for my four company trucks.
