There is not one thing ill I can say of Allstar Appliance. They provided EXCELLENT service! My washer was making a loud roaring noise, so I called them and came out the next day. Found out the problem and repaired it! And also cleaned it up! It's like it's brand new again! Thank you!!!

The worst service ever and the lady that answer the phone is so rude when calling back complaining about the service, they took about $700.00 from me offer little warranty time, they send poor skilled technicians, first he said is the fan put a new one didn't work, then took out another part of my fridge put a new one it wasn't either, next send another technician he said is the motherboard I paid again and it didn't work either after a month refrigerator had the same problem. so I spent $700.00 for nothing, I just didn't want to call them back and bought another refrigerator. Please don't use this company they send poor skilled technicians just guessing what the problem could be.

WORST SERVICE EVER! COMPLETEL...

WORST SERVICE EVER! COMPLETELY INEPT!



I had to wait two days for a technician to be sent. He then arrived 45 minutes after dispatcher who called ahead said he would. No apologies. I sent him with keys to an apartment to diagnose an oven, and explained I might have to leave before he finished. I did ultimately have to leave. The tech called 1 time, left a voice mail that he was going to order parts (apparently they don't stock much), and said his office would call me to collect the service call fee (which was odd, because his office told me when I set the appointment that fee would be waived if I had them do repairs). He left me no call back number, and every expectation he would be back in 5 business days to finish the repair.



A week later I called the home office again to ensure we were on schedule. We were not. They told me it was my fault nothing had been ordered, that I owed them $55, and of course they had never called to collect / clarify -- that wasn't their job, and how dare I suggest it was--no matter what I'd been told by either of the two people I'd spoken with before!



They seem COMPLETELY inept, they don't stock repair parts, and either lie or willfully avoid communication! They have left me high and dry.

BEST SERVICE EVER

I just had the best service ever! The lady at the office was quite nice and did everything to help me. Even though, I didn't have all my things straight. The technician was polite and also did everything to help me. I got fast service and my refrigerator repaired in no time.
