I have been washing my dogs at Dirty Johnson’s for several years because it is near my home and I wanted to help a small businessman. But I won’t be patronizing this small business ever again. My young son was washing one of our dogs there a couple of days after he had encountered a skunk. The dog had been bathed several times at home using Nature’s Miracle Skunk Formula and the skunk odor had diminished significantly. I was just tired of the clean up at home so I went to DJ’s for one last wash. However, the owner of this facility started to rail against my son saying that everything in the area would have to be thrown away. When I arrived to pick them up, the owner was extremely unprofessional and rude and told us to “never come back.” There were no signs listing who can and cannot use the facilities. I would be very surprised if we were the first owner of a dog who confronted a skunk that had used a self-serve dog wash to clean up. In the future I, along with my four dogs, will be spending my money at another dog wash facility.

I recently made an appointment at Dirty Johnson's to have my dog professionally groomed, but the appointment was canceled the next day because my dog happens to be a pit bull. Don't support a business that practices breed discrimination. Don't take your pet to Dirty Johnson's.

I love this place! Great people/service, and the stuff they have to help wash your dog were easy to use and get the job done. I will be back!
