It also offers primary prevention, outpatient treatment, emergency care and residential placement services. Health and Education Services has facilities located in various cities in Massachusetts, including Salem, Amesbury, Haverhill, Beverly, Peabody, Rowley and Topsfield. Its community prevention services include programs, such as the Victims of Crime and Loss, Gay and Bi Men s Health and the Gloucester Mobilizing for Change on Alcohol program.
