Great renovated hotel in Saint Petersburg, FL. We will always stay here when we come for vacation. Great staff, nice rooms, and awesome breakfast.

Obviously if you're staying in this dump you don't have a lot of money. Beware of $4 per person(per day) after the first person. Beware of the $5 per day on Fri, Sat and Sun for the weekend resort fee. Please, if you choose this dump, don't clog the toilet! The will not fix it until you pay for another day. Make sure you have a cell phone and you don't leave anyone in the room that would need to contact you because it's an extra $5 a day for use of the phone. There are obviously people that live there so the use of the motel phone would add up to $150 per month. By the time you have spent a few days there you'll wish you had stayed on the street.
