Dr. Rosanna Gray-Swain is a board certified OBGYN in St. Louis, MO. She has received various recognitions for her work, including St. Louis Magazine-Best Doctors, Neville Grant Award for Clinical Excellence Nominee, and Academic Women's Network Leadership award.
