I had the worst experience selling my home with Reece and Nichols. We were told what price to list the house at and 6 mos later we were told that we needed to lower the price $20,000 due to comps. I don't think comp's change that much in 6 months. We ended up taking less on the house than we wanted. At the realtors advice, we passed on early offers for more than what we sold the house for.
