Really cheap on movies. Good customer service. The place is kept clean all the time. They have a huge movie selection, most of them are a dollar. Sometimes you will find a new movie in there.

American Gold Mine is the greatest place in St. Joseph to shop. Dennis and his staff are very efficient. They have great prices and quality merchandise. I would recommend everyone go visit the "Gold Mine".

If you have a 150$ dollar item like new excpect 10-15$ dollars from these people. They don't care if it's brand new I'n a box, it's like they always have a set price when I walk in ranging from 10-15$ dollars even if I have a 500$ dollar item.

I love the American Goldmine, I go there about once a week to buy movies, and I am a repeat pawn customer. I have never had a problem with the movies or my overall experience. The movies never have a scratch on them, thanks to their professional buffing machine. And my items are always returned to me in the condition in which I left the. They have the best prices in town hand down!

The Gold Mine is amazing! I was quite worried leaving my precious belongings with complete strangers, but the employees were kind and patient in explaining the whole process to me. And I got my pawns out in no time!

I recieved great compensation for pieces of jewelry I do not even wear anymore. They have a great jewelry selection as well; I was able to get my daughter an amazing ring for graduation at a fraction of the price as those big department stores!

This pawn shop is fantastic!!! I especially love sliding glass doors at the entrance, it makes it convenient when carrying items into the store. I know my items are safe and sound at the Gold Mine. The workers are so nice and friendly. The atmosphere is so warm and inviting I can't imagine going anywhere else. Did I mention how clean and organized the store is! It is truly the best pawn shop in town.

This is the cleanest, most organized pawn shop I have ever been in. I made the rounds with my scrap to every shop in town, and they beat their prices by not just a few bucks, but over $100.00. They even gave me more than I asked for! I will not shop around next time, but go directly to Gold Mine
