I went to ACE AUTOMOTIVE several times and my overall experience was beyond my expectations. I went with $5000 cash and did not know much about cars at that time. The salesman was very easy to talk to and was not pushy in any way! As a female it is hard to buy a car especially when you don't know much about cars but he was straight up and honest with me the entire time. They showed me a variety of cars in my price range that came with a 6 month warranty, I was overwhelmed with options! I test drove at least four of them until I made my final decision and they were patient with me the whole time! I would recommend Ace Automotive to anyone who is looking for a reliable vehicle. Hit a deer a few weeks back. Ace gave me an Estimate for well under what others bid the job and offered to do more than the damage caused by deer. Went above and beyond to help me out and the car looks good as new. Anthony pointed out things about my car that I hadn't noticed in the 6 years of driving it. Sharp eye and high character. Hard to beat.

I bought a Ford edge from Anthony and Jared and it's amazing I did have an issue with it which I've googled and had it looked at it it had nothing to do with Ace empire it was a Ford motor company issue something that should have been recalled years ago. Anthony reached out to me when he heard I was having problems and told me not to worry about it and he would pay the bill and get it taken care and let me remind you this had nothing to do with ace, There have been hundreds of the same issue with the same year as mine. I would Most defiantly suggest this car lot for anybody looking for a affordable car with excellent customer service.

To start things off he told me it would take about 10 business days to fix my car he had it for a month. His employee stole stuff out of my car and tried selling it on swap n shop. They don't own am alignment machine so AFTER he says he will fix everything and charged for it had to get it aligned somewhere else. He charged me for new parts but can clearly tell they are used. Just saw today that my air filter was put back together by ELECTRICAL TAPE what a joke would not recommend am out the $2800 I paid him to fox it oh and air bag light was still on when I got the car I mentioned it he said that'd cost more after saying he'd fix things for a set price. I will be calling better business Bureau this place needs shut down! Fixing my car with electrical tape!

I bought a car from here a few months back; the people were somewhat nice, and the prices were decent but the car had a lot of problems. The had to replace the starter and battery, alignment was way off, the headlight housing wasn't sealed properly so anytime it rains the light burns out and I have to go get it replaced, the AC stopped working, the key gets stuck when trying to unlock it, its really hard to shift between gears, the RPM will accelerate but the car doesn't keep up, and going to probably have to replace the rotors soon. So if you go with them, just be careful.

Ace automotive has been very helpful in finding the perfect vehicle for me. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from them and I am very satisfied with their service and patience with me! I wasn't bombarded bycar salesman and I was able to take as many of the vehicles out for a test drive as I wanted until I found the perfect vehicle for me. Leslie at the front desk was very helpful and informed me about the warranty and road side assistance. Both the vehicles I have bought from Ace have been reliable and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car! They have great vehicles for great prices!

If you don't want to be pressured or talked into buying a car, this is the place to go. Leslie simply asked my name, asked if I had any questions, and welcomed me to look around and let her know if I wanted to test drive anything. Every car that they had advertised for sale had a current inspection sticker on it. I had been to several lots in town just selling cars as is and I didn't want to get into anything needing repairs. They even had a 90 day warranty included. I opted to upgrade my warranty to 180 days for an extra 60 bucks. There was quite the selection. It took me a while but I picked out a little toyota camry. If you're looking for a vehicle for cash for under 5 grand, check them out. Very happy with how easy it was to buy from them.

I took my daughter shopping for her first car and I usually dread going to a car lot because sales people usually attack you as soon as you pull up but I told the sales lady I just wanted a minute to look and she left me alone until I was ready. After looking around she was able to answer all my questions and she even pointed out a few flaws with the car that we hadn't noticed. I left feeling like we got a great deal and my daughter LOVES her new Malibu. Just ask for Leslie and she will treat you right!
