Came soon after I called and fixed the problem within a short time. Tony and Mike were very professional and as clean as could be expected with my problem. Just a little more expensive than others but was worth it for the prompt attention.
Very pleased with there response time..... Got right to the problem..... Cleaned up the area and was very pleasant to deal with.... I would highly recommend ROBOT ROOTER......
Came on short notice and spent a little over an hour, but wasn't able to fix problem, partly because he couldn't change the tool on the end of his snake to the right one. Tried to charge $350 because he used his camera. Resolved the problem by agreeing to lower his fee to $150!
Anthony was very professional and fixed my problem the same day I called!
