Dr. Spence is the worst doctor at Women's OBGYN. She has a bad reputation in Saginaw due to her inability to listen and empathize with her patients. She pushes her personal belief system onto her patients instead of doing what is medically necessary such as refusing to perform c sections despite a mother needing one due to complications that arise during pregnancy. She has even went as far as to threaten me so that I would change my birth plan one week before my scheduled c section stating that she would refuse to do it if she was on call and that I did not really need one in her opinion (which differed from every other doctor's in the practice). I attempted to explain that I was already registered and scheduled due to the other doctors I have seen in the practice advising me that the c section was in my best interest as well as my baby's best interest because I have so many medical concerns. She did not care. What a disgusting human being.
