Customer service was horrible, install was delayed, and not up to industry standards. A lot of damage was done to plants, paint quality was not good, called multiple times to speak to the owner-who wouldn't call me back. Accounting department needs to go to charm school

The customer service for Ornamental Iron Outlet is nonexistent. If you don't mind waiting for them to show up anywhere from 2 to 4 hours late, then they are the company for you.
